Roseville BMW sucks!!!!!!!!!!

Everybody pay attention: DO NOT GOTO ROSEVILLE BMW!

First off, I'm only 24 so of course they didn't take me seriously until I actually gave them a deposit on my car and told them to order it, but anyways. When I ordered my car I told them that it was going to be turned into a showcar so to NOT drill the holes in the front bumper when the car came. The sales manager, Larry said "No Problem".

...fast forward a month to when I get my car.....

I go in to pick up my car and the salesman says that when the car came in, they saw the note about not drilling the holes. He said that him and the people in the back weren't even sure where the holes went on the '02 sedan so they went out to the front of the dealership and looked at the other cars and couldn't even figure out where the holes went, so they ended up not putting any holes in. I'm thinking, great, works for me!!

So the next morning I go outside to put in my bumper replacement strip where the license plate holder is. As I start pulling it out, BAM! I see the freakin holes screwed into the bumper!!!!!

I go to my body shop and have him write up an invoice on how much to fix the holes and brought it over to the dealership. The freakin sales manager (Larry) decided to yell at me and had the nerve to tell me to give him his car back!!! I was pissed, I was like fine, you can have your car back tommorow after I drive around in it all day so you can't resell it for shit! I swear we almost got into a fistfight in the middle of the dealership. I wasn't even gonna get all that upset about the holes, but he straight FLIPPED OUT!!!! He was pointing at me and shit, I was prayin he would touch me with his damn finger tip, I was ready to knock his ass out. So I left on the conclusion of bringing this asshole his car back the next morning. I went and told my girlfriend what had happened. She decided to call over there and see what was going on. She ended up talking to the other sales manager who immediately started apologizing for the behavior of Larry the asshole and said they'd be more than happy to repair my bumper. An hour later he called back and said they were just going to put on a brand new one! I wonder if this guy even told Larry he was going to do it?? Oh well...

All that over two little freakin holes. Like I said, I wasn't going to be a dick about it, but that guy was out of control wanting his car back and shit!!

Moral of the story, don't even deal with roseville bmw, they weren't that nice. And if you have to, DON'T DEAL WITH LARRY!!!!
