Complete: Toyota GT-One (56K warning)

hi,

I finished this model a few days ago. It's Tamiya's 1/24 Toyota GT-One combined with the Renaissance transkit and ScaleMotorSport PE set. More pictures of the build can be found here.

Things I changed/added:
- cut out the door, scratch-build the inside and put it in an opened position.
- basically rebuild the seat. It's covered with real cloth (by MFH).
- made a "cushion" which was you can see laying in the opened section of the car. This was made using "real-like" leather (by MFH again).
- CF everywhere
- some wiring on the engine.
- fire extinguisher inside the cockpit was completely remade.
- added some wiring in the cockpit.

Wow. Nicely detailed. The CF work has different shades, take it you darkened some of them with smoke? Like the interior details as well, and that open door is amazing.. Top stuff..

Great seat work, and fantastic CF decaling job. I checked out your F1 cars on the coppermine photo albums. Kudos on the FW24.

Indeed, some of it has been darkened with Tamiya X-19 Smoke.

Thanks!
BTW Coppermine is the gallery software I use; it's not actually the name of the site or anything; just me being to lazy to change the default logo
