Hi, i want to get my camaro running again, i just bought a new alternator and battery, however, it's been sitting in the garage for 6 months, do i need to drain the gas tank, change the oil and filter, put a little water in the radiator, please help! just need some general advise on the best way to get it going, without wrecking the engine.

Re: haven't started 95 camaro in 6 months
Just make sure it has oil and coolent in it and you'll be fine, six months is wont hurt anything.

Yep. I might change the oil and filter first, but 6 months on a roller-cammed engine won't kill anything.
I might fill the tank with fresh gas asap, but no worries.
