cedric (chicky chicky version) in progress

well i got this kit for the stretchwall tires and cool wheels. I ended up using the tires on my ae86 kit, and now i finally decided i need to finish it while i have time. The kit came with the bonnet half attached, which told me that it needed an engine. I was thinking a a straight 6, but a v8 transplant was much easier, and nothing is cooler than a v8 japanese lowrider i decided, which is how it turned out. I still have to attach the rear wheels, but this is how i want the stance to look when finished. Any suggestions welcome, and yes i know the paint is a tad crap, but i did it really quickly.

im going to clear the body tomorrow, and then i can finish the engine details and small things like that. any opinions on whether i should use the stock head and tail lights or the "chiki chiki'" ones, if anyone has seen them.

i say use the chiki chiki ones, i've seen some of these kits for sale on yahoo japan built up and they look rather nice with the custom stuff

post some pics of the differences if you want to.
