How many Xterra's do you see daily?

I was the 1st person to buy an X here at work (2000 SE Silver Ice). Right now we have approximately 5. There are:

2 Silver (2000 & 2001)
1 Blue 2000
1 White 2000
1 Yellow 2002

Through the course of any given day I will see roughly 12-15 Xterras on the road. On the way in to the office this morning I saw a color I had never seen before. It was a 2002 with the dark grey rims and white lettering on the tires. The color was a dark brown. Like a metallic burnt umber w/ a little red. It was pretty cool.

I see a bunch of them here in Houston. I don't see that many 4X4's though. In fact, when I bought mine it was the only 4X4 on the lot. What's the point in buying a 4x2 Xterra???

# of Xs

Several, almost a new one daily. I'm the only 4x4 in town that I know of; definitely the only one with an ARB and Winch. Mostly women drivers...... If I weren't married would be a great way to meet new women. I do wish they had offered gold rush when I bought mine!

What do you think about the new body style? I don't like the new hood lines!

I see between 10 to 20 of em daily. Im noticing that the majority of them are 2002's now WTF?! And of course I'm the only one on Long Island (that I know of) with an ARB, safari rack, and use the truck for its intended purpose (picking up the kids from soccer practice). Just kidding. I meant to say offroading, but you knew that.

One or two on my commute to work. Two people at work have them but they both have never been off road. Just to dam clean, step rails, and no scatches :frog: .

Well, I've see several daily, but since I got mine Saturday I've seen alot more... Don't know what the deal with that is. I know when people buy a particular car the tend to notice other people driving one like it more. But I've been researching my buy for almost 5 months so I have been looking at how many I see daily. I must have seen well over 20 just this weekend.

Yeah, the dealer only had one 4x4 on the lot and it wasn't a SE so they had one driven over from Little Rock, AR... It had 237 miles on it but thats nothing for a new car so I didn't care. Got a 02 SE 4x4 in Gold Rush. Looks damn nice with the new smoked wheels.

Well lets see...

On mondays I generally see an average of 4.5 according to my log.
Tuesdays it dips to 3.7
Wednesdays it bumps up to a whopping 8
to be followed by a smaller 5.5 on Thursdays.
Fridays generally give a yield of approximately 1.2 XTerras. I think it is lower because most of the drivers have taken a long weekend to use their rigs to lower them into a big ass hole or provide a fog horn while they are kayaking.
Then of course there are the groupings on the weekend that can be seen in the Pacific Northwest of XTerras rolling down highways in Wildebeest formations or some of them ploughing down ridiculous inclines and terrains while the driver's "Life partners" look on in disbelief and take photos for a multitude of web sites.

How's that?

Damn!! I'm impressed. Politically correct, accurate and as best as I can tell after 8 beers, no misspellings. Hope I haven't made one since we don't have spell check. This place is great!

There has been an Xterra explosion over here! Not that it's a bad thing...but they're all 02's and way too damn clean! (I don't care much for the round headlights, glad i got mine in '01) Nissan hosted 4xFamily day at a local ranch (Kualoa), and only 13 trucks hit the trails All that great dirt, mud, and horse crap wasted! Get those trucks dirty or get a Jeep Liberty!:finger:
