Talking It's official, new car!

DAMN STRAIGHT! I got the 2001 Honda Accord EX V6 and my dad got the 2006 Toyota Avalon XL. That thing is so nice, he says that there is no lag when shifting with the sequential shifter. Now, I just need to start ordering some parts for the accord and "rice" myself up.

EDIT: There was a possibility of my dad keeping the accord and I would get a civic, I laughed when they suggested this. I would look like every other "racer" in town.

just so you know, rice is a bad thing, saying you're going to "rice" your car up is like saying you're going to "ugly" your hair up or "tacky" your clothes up

Re: It's official, new car!

Apparently my sarcasm doesn't come across very well...What I ment was that I'm going with the normal first performance upgrades like exhaust and intake, then move up to headers, cat, pulleys, and eventually, a supercharger. THEN, and only THEN, will I go with a body kit and hood. No wing for me. I might get some new wheels during the mix as well as shocks and springs. Any input would be helpful.

Congrats on the new ride ... and your first mod should always keep in mind safety. It is more important to be able to stop, than it is to go fast.

Hahahaha, asshole.

Well enjoy your accord. As for performance upgrades, I'd suggest a swap. As in swapping to a lighter car, those new accords are pigs!

Re: It's official, new car!

Oh we fixed it, just opened up the release next to the shifter and inserted the key. It was a possible solenoid problem, but it hasn't acted up since we used the release.
