unfortunately mike,no one shows these diagrams...but i do own a repair manual for the Ford trucks up to 1986,lemme know....:-)

Do you have any that cover the ignition switch wiring for a 72? I am wiring a Painless Wiring Harness in. I had to buy a new pigtail for the ign switch, but two new obsticles. It's for a 71 or 72 with the blade connection and all of the wires are BLACK! I have a complete diagram for my 68, but the switches are different shapes too.

Try your library reference section. Most libraies you can also make copies.

Hey Bryan,

Like to know if you would share your 68 wiring diagram.
I have an f100 with a 390 and I just replaced the alt and reg plus the solonlid but have nothing to go by as far as how to hook up the wires. I tried to follow the same one that was in my 69 f100 but the harnesses are completely different than my 68. The 68 was modified for camper and trailer wiring so there is a bunch of wires there that are disconnected and go to ??? I have the wires hooked up so that I can remote start the engine but would like to replace back to original if possible.
