Question 79-86 front end

i was looking into buying a mustang and i really like the look of the 79-86's, but its hard to find one in those years, and there are lots of later fox bodies around. ive seen people who convert from the older fox front end style, to the newer 87+ style. is it possible to go the other way, take a newer one and put an old front end on it? if so what all would you need for this? thanks

Yes you can go backwards you just need the right body pieces you want the rest is self-explianatory.

Honestly the 4-eyed foxes can be had a lot cheaper than 87-93 especially vs buying a 87-93 and then spending the money on parts to go backwards.

You live in Ohio which is a big 5.0 state be patient and look around I know they are plenty of good one's in that state!

Ok no prob.... honstly it's really just a basic swap all the holes are basically the same etc.., nothing tricky to it except the wiring for the lights but still not hard.
