AEM cam gears? only for heavy modded engine or not?

ok, I have(will soon, already made the holding payment) a 94 integra RS, it has intake, DC 4-2-1, full exhaust. and nothing more to the engine. now I am planning on getting the smallest shot of nos i can (35 or 50) just as an insurance policy if I start falling back in a race ill come back ahead, or if i really want to emvbarass someone, but also, does the AEM tru power pullies do anything performancewise, I know it wouldnt add power, but will it halp anything overall? also what about tru time cam gears, with just the intake and headers and exhaust and pulies, will these cam gears help at all also? or do they only rewally help when youve spent thousands on turbo and everything else you can do?

i am not sure if it will add power or not, but if it would, it wouldnt be much, like, 3-5 HP. also, i think it will let your engine rev quicker.

are you talking pullies or the cam gears, the pulies i was guessing wouls let it rev faster becasuew of less rtating mass, but the gears?

pullies wouldn,t be a good idea if you had a system that takes quite a bit of power from your car because since the alternator pulley is going to be smaller the less it puts out. also about the cam gears it all depends on how much you tuned your engine, i've seen some people get anywhere from 3 -20 hp, but again it all depends if your car is heavily tuned or just has i/h/e.

you could see gains depending on tuning but you'd also be giving up some power. on your stock motor, if you wanted it to pull harder on the top end, it'd be at the cost of some power down low.

well, the guy sellingt them lists this - Oversized pulleys reduce power required to drive accessories for more horsepower at the wheels, but if the pully that the engine powers that turns the belt that turns the alt, the biugger it is, the HARDER it would be to turn but it would give more plwer, a smaller pully is easier to turn but will give less, why does it say oversized pullies?

also, it only has a CD playeerr, 300 watt sony amp and 2 10's and at 300 watts at 14 volts, it is only drawing like 20 amps or so, at the most. but will the pully do anything noticable for me. and as far as cam gears, I guess ill wait sincew i only got I/H/E and ill add the cam gears and pully money to do the NOS setup right.
