Detail Masters website

Detail Masters hood pins are awsome, they are fantastic, a little bit of pain to get placed right but when finished they look awsome. about 10.99 for a set that will allow you to do at least 20 models. both in 1:24 and 1:25

Re: Hood attach

Yes, Detail Master pins are awesome. Sakatsu makes some beautiful but painfully expensive hood pins but they are not like the ones above (more like what you would find on a JGTC car), and Renaissance makes a set like Sakatsu's that are much cheaper but not nearly as nice. HLJ and racingresin.com will have the Sakatsu parts, and the only place I've seen the Renaisance parts is at scaleracecars.com.

If you saw the part, you'd understad why. The are incredible. I have a few sets for my JGTC NSX.

Re: Hood attach

How about the Racing 43 one ? are they hard ?

http://www.scaleracecars.com/Merchan...Category_Code=

also, Detail Master, how hard are they ? I mean, working for 1 hours on a single seatbelt don't hurt me, are they hard to make, or take long time to make ?

Modeler's makes a good set of hood pins. You get a wide variety of pins to choose from. Not too expensive either, 1200yen.

here's detail master, 25 piece set, plus the pins, and the wire, they can also be functional if the kit has an engine. usually takes about 15 minutes to put together one, took me and hour to put them on a AMT Eclipse and I made them functional
