Little suprise at my door.

Just as i was stepping out the door today, this turned up.

Hasegawa Evo III GSR. I have to say, for an old kit, its amazing. Awesome details and looks just like the real deal.
This is my absolute dream car. So im going to paint it how i want my real one to be one day. It will be Tamiya Chrome yellow, with some nice matt silver wheels. I might also order some of the new SAS buckets. And get an Apexi N1 exhaust from HLJ. Alot of plans for this kit just to make it perfect. Though the progress wont be for a while. I wanna build up my skills a little more.

Im not sure bout cutting the grill out yet. I might just do it matt black. I will probably cut out the holes at the bottom of the front bumper. Still not sure bout that though.

But alas, heres the problem. Tiny wheels. Heres a comparison of them next to a set of 18's.

So what wheels should i get for it guys? I want something that looks nice and not over the top. I was thinking either Model 5's or TE37's painted matt silver.

Re: Little suprise at my door.

Project sounds cool; just one question: can you give me a link to the N1 exhaust on HLJ? I looked for a while and couldn't find it there-it sounds interesting to me. Thanks

Re: Little suprise at my door.

I'd go for a set of BBS..I think the german wheels look very, very nice on the Evos.
