The garage should hold five cars, two boats (one a 20 ft hobie and the other a 30 ft sea ray). Heated, running water, drain and a hoist.

Probably around 45K for decent materials.

4x4-Mercedes Benz Uni-Mog $250k if im not mistaken
SuperCar-Ferrari Enzo well with inflation probably 800-1Mil
Saloon/Large Coupe-Bmw 760i 120k i think
RunAbooT-Hmm a toughy either a single turbo'd (t78-T88) MkIV Supra or a singled R-34 GTR 50 - 175k

And the garage itself would be able to house atleast 10 vehicles have all necessary tools ie Alignment Machine, tire changer, balancer, scope, and a massive tool box and a most likely 2-3 4 post high capacity hoists with everything and anything possible
probably that in itself would be 200- 300k

All in Canadian Funds
Totals out to roughly $1,670,000 not too shabby anyone wanna help out i will set up a paypal account for donations.
