Question coilovers stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put my coilovers on my 89 crx and everything, put my wheels back on and drove it for a day at the stock height. The next day I tried to lower it and I cant break the two perches apart to lower it???Need help.

Make sure your twisting them @ the right direction, and depending on which sleeves you have, you may need to tap em w/a hammer. Also make sure your threads are clean, I normally take a brush and a spray bottle to get the dirt out, but thier probably isn't much since they're new. Good luck
