Keyless Entry Remote Programing?

I'm looking for information to program an original factory keless entry remote to my "98" Stratus ES.

Is this something I can do myself through simuletaneous buton pushing & farting? or is it a dealer secret thing?

Any instruction or where to look would be greatly appreciated!

A dealer will do it for a fee, I have been trying to program a remote for my 2001 for awhile now with no luck. The book really isn't very clear on how you do it.
