Smile i need a little help w/ dohc turbo 16g

i currently am rebuilding my 2.0L dohc in a dodge neon 420a. i came across a 16g turbo off a eclipse/laser. I now am building the engine with wiseco pistons at an 8:8:1 compression ratio. I know i gonna need more fuel. how should i go about this. Bigger injectors, and pcm? or just go with a stand alone fuel management system? And what should be safe for boost, no more than 14-15 psi? If anyone knows please help me, i dont want to put money in to this engine to start it the first day and f**k it up. Thanks
Sky
