door panel removal

Does anyone know how to remove a door panel on a 96 neon. I cant remove the window handle. The sites say theres a clip but i have no clip. Even with the tool I cant get the phucking thing off. If anyone has any idea onhow to get the damn thing off please let me know. Thanks

I found out how to do it. It was pretty easy. The thing is finding where the clip is lol.( sounds like something else). Anyway the clip is on the crank. I was looking where the crank meets the metal arm.
