Wet or Dry?
I have a 94 civic with a JDM B16A in it. Which nitrous oxide system is considered safer, wet or dry kit? I'm planning on running a 75 shot that activates with vtec. I just need to smoke this mustang that wont leave me alone without detenation.

a properly set up dry shot will be better. While wet is safer since is less easy to screw up but it has the bad habit of creating uneven a/f rations and even backfire.

Ok lets say that i use a dry kit with a 75 shot what are my chances of detenation when in use though the 1/8 and 1/4 mile distances having the solenoid open when vtec engages(5600 to 8000rpm)

if you use a good quality dry kit, properly tuned, and your fuel system is up to the task it should not have any detonation personally i recomend the venom vcn-2000, IMO this is the best dry kit and if i remember corectly SCC said the same in a N2O comparo ai while back http://www.venom-performance.com/nf/...2000.htm#v2000

Also wet kits are not as bad as people make them out to be, I have had a wet kit on my car for over 2 yrs now, actually going on 3 yrs and have had no problems.
