1/4 mile times
would anyone here with a 92 - 95 civic hatch post thier 1/4 mile times and mods preferably a dx auto
 im kinda partial id like to see what you guys get from what mods so i can know where to start .

hehehe auto... what about a nice H22a AUTO swap... got a good deal going right now ~ and it would certainly make you hella lot faster then your stock DX
 *wink wink*But for 1/4 miles times im not really sure, I believe its in the 15-16 range though

dx and cx have different engines the cx is super slow mine is just slow and anyone can send me donations $$$ toward a swap or turbo or mini me head swap

A friend of mine had a cx manual, he swapped in a b18c1 gs-r motor, he had i/h/e, did a port and polish, and some ignition stuff... he ran a 13.5 in the quarter.

16.6@82mph in my old car... '99 DX Hatch: AEM CAI, SAFC, AEM Cam Gear, Hayame Muffler. I run consistent as hell, and I was running 16.7 w/ only RS Akimoto short-ram and short-shifter. Also, suspension helps a lot... a good set of coilovers or springs will increase your 1/4 by at least .2 sec. Tune your car right and it can be fast. And for christ sake, get a damn engine swap

its not gonna be a race car i just want it to be peppy and the times i can expect will just be for my knowledge so i can have an idea what to and what not to run.
