Fuel Gauge and Parking light indicator.

Hi All,

Few Days befor Paking indicator has turned on I checked switch in hand brake it is working fine. and then I noticed that fule guage showing full.
and it is not coming back. it remain on full level.
car is fourd escot 1991 LX 1.9 liter.

If any body can help me
