94 325IS heater

new to BMW. 1994 325IS heater only blow warm out out passenger side. Cool air out drivers side? Any hints.

Had the same problem when I first got mine. Be sure the heater cutoff switch (located on the center vert with the blue and red dots) is set to the heater mode (red dot)
