i need some help on the lowest profile tire i can go????
i have a 97 honda civic ex....with some 215/40/zr17....but they are like 7.5 inches wide and i want to lower the profile make them skinnier too..so maybe wont be so much rubbing and look a little better....anyone help me on what brand to get and what size on the tire....because i dont have enough right now to get some new rims that are 7 inches wide. i would at least like to get the thinnest safest tire with the best perfomance.....

You can fit 205/40x17" tires on those rims.

You should be running a 205/40R17 tire. I don't recommend anything shorter than a 40 series, 35 & lower will have poor ride quality/frequently bent wheels.
Incorrect offest could be an issue www.tirerack.com |
