ok, so i've been single now for a year and a half, and no matter what approach i take, i always, ALWAYS ge shot down. in the past 4 months i have had no pussy, and no dates. i've gotten like 13 or 14 numbers, but no dates. At all.

I'm not ugly, so what is it?

It's probably your body language. Many guys really dont realize that body language is key to getting a date. Walk up to a girl, make small talk, ect. But when you talk, have an "open" body. like dont stand too close, or have your body turned away from her. Look at her but dont stare. Be polite. Don't necessairly use a cheesy pickup line. Just be yourself, but with a few adjustments. A lot of girls can get turned of by a guy who is too.....either shy or too forward, someone who wants to move too fast. A lot of girls don't mind going fast, but its gotta be right ya know. Does this make sense? If not, please correct me but these are just my views on things....

I know a guy who is very good at getting girls into bed. It's a talent I wish I had but at the same time he has said "Yeah, the only reason I do it is because I feel so alone all the time." Go figure.

I haven't "gotten ass" in an even longer time than you but it's cool. For awhile it upset me but I got to thinking. There have been times when I could have had sex but I'm looking for intimacy, which can be sexual. I'll find someone when the time is right, until then I have a lot of other stuff to do.

Man I am in the same boat that you are. Every time I meet a girl, they give me this look, even before I say anything, that is like they are telepathically saying to me, "In your dreams you little fucker." I think the problem with guys like us is that we don't show girls that we have any shred of confidence in us. We need to be more out going, we need to be more spontaneous, and most of all, we need to figure out how to make a girl like us. Trust me, I know this won't be easy to do, considering I've been trying for about 9 months. Just don't let this get you down, be happy and cheerful around girls. I have already succumbed to the sadness that is associated with being without a girlfriend, or even just one date for that matter, and it makes the situation even worse because now I give off this signal to girls that is like some kind of natural feminine deterent.

1. hang out in a different place.
2. Bring a friend, but drive seperately. Girls seem to travel in groups, and are more comfortable when both of them have someone to talk to.
3. Choose the above friend carefully. Nothing worse than finally getting into a conversation and having your buddy try a talk to the chick too. First one there is the winner unless the girl decides otherwise. In that case talk to her friend as long as she is tolerable. Often the first girl will come back to you.
4. Don't over do it. Dress nice enough, but leave the feather boas and gangster bling bling at home.
5. Buy the first drink.
6. Buy the second drink.
7. Lay off the third drink as a overly drunk girl will usually forget about you in the morning.
8. Ask for her number. If she say no, give her yours. (this works better if you have a decent business card. you don't even have to have a business, just the card. Much more professional**)
9. When she is ready to go, let her. Ask her if she would like you to walk her out, and if she says no, let her go, but tell her you appreciated her conversation.

**The business card thing is important in Japan, but I have been here so long I am not sure if it would work in the states. I think women are pretty universal, and they appreciate professionalism.
