Snow (pix included)

Well lately here in SE Washington it has been snowing and we never get snow. We are like the desert of Washington state and the closest mountains are actually like an hour away. Well we haven't had a real good snow storm since about '96 (when I was like 9) untill a couple days ago. Normally each year it would snow about 1/4-1/2" and then melt and turn to ice and then dry the next day. Well last saturday we got hit with a lil and then yesterday and today we got about 8-10" and I just took some pix when it was prolly only at around 6" earlier today. My car isn't even being driven right now due to the weather but im lucky enough to park it in the garage. Well here are the pix...taken at about noon before we got the other 2-4".





And by the way that is our house and our boat on the side of the house.

PS. I'm glad I don't live in Oregon right now cuz i heard that like u can't even drive on some highway's without chains and that parts of Oregen have been pure hell. Anyone else live down there that can let us know how you guys our doing, Ami?

lol well whether u want me to say 9 in '96 or 16 in '04 right now it might still make u seem old??? But hey its all good...ill be 17 in a lil over a month (february 6).

we got another foot i took some pics yesterday but i think i need to take more today. when i took the pics the green si was almost covered...now it is completely covered. i don't even want to talk about driving it in. it's a good thing jer is very confident driving in the snow because i know i couldn't do it.

i'll drink some coffee and then go take some more pics of the insanity

jer had shoveled the driveway less than 2 hrs ago. looks like it's my turn. when we keep up on it, 1 of us can get it done in less than 20 mins. it easily pushes to the side. there are a couple of people on the street who haven't lifted a finger so far...now they are breaking their backs on the heavy frozen ice/snow.

I hate snow so much. Even going 10mph, with maybe an inch or two of snow, my car is sliding everywhere and I'm getting traction maybe 20% of the time. I remember going down a straight road maybe a 1 1/2miles long. Did 4 seperate 360's, and slid through an entire intersection. It sucked.

just wait bro, all next week its supposed 2 be VERY cold, like high of -20 most days, and sunday theres supposed 2 be a huge snow storm here (duno bout ur side of the lake tho but i imagine u'll get hit too) i know i was pissed we had a green x-mas!!
