'97 Porsche 911GT1 Progress

Here are some picts for my progress on the '97 Porsche 911GT1. These kit is by Dragon. The basic parts are likely the same as Revell kit, but...this kit doesn't come with the engine, 2 side doors, rollcage, interior and disc brake and caliper . It a battery operator model. So as modeler, I put some effort in building those parts that are included. After 3 days of progress, here some.

intercooler:

interior: (half done)

More pict will be post soon. Enjoy and please give some comments,
Thanks,
Rtuned

Been spending weeks to finish the simple block of engine and transmission...the detail will be later plus the sanding too. My eyes are in pain these few days, so I had to stop all building...

Hope these few days, my eyes will recovered and continue on the project.

Actually I'm using a Tamiya 911GT1 as reference and a copy of Model Graphix issue.

Ah- that explains why some of your interior parts look familiar!

What issue of Model Graphix, and do you know if it's still availible? I've been looking for decent references on the GT1 for a while, and have found very little.

Is a 1998 issue. I think it's hard to find unless you visit Japan Hobby shop, I heard that they sell it at 200yen per old model graphix or Hobby Japan. '97 Porsche 911GT1 detail shot are hard to get and I do not have money to get LeMans Annual...
