Question Accessing Power Window Motor: 96 Grand Prix

Could anyone help me access the power window motor inside the drivers door? I have the door off and dissassembled, and now I'm stuck. I have purchased the motor, just need some help trying to remove the old one. I would appreciate any help. It is a two door,96 Pontiac Grand Prix.
Thanks a lot.
