There are no real benifits to a body kit other than it'll make your car look better in most cases unless it's a kit that really doesn't look right on your car. Benifits of lowering are better handling and cornering for your car. it's all up to you though. Personally I wouldn't do a body kit unless you have aftermarket wheels on that will help complement it nicely.

only like 1% of body kits will help you and thats only at like 150mph body kits are all looks kthx If your dead serois bout adding down force Splitters are probbly better and cheaper. Lowering does help if done right.

Re: what are the benefits of as body kit

i read in superstreet mag that only a few bodykit makers actually put it through a wind tunnel. Those that do make their bodykits with less drag and with the proper amount of downforce. That is why their bodykits cost more, R&D.

I would lower it with quality springs because it's cheaper than the body kit which you have to paint, and your handling will improve and it also looks nice. I also like a firmer ride, and not soft spongey type. It feels like the car is stuck to the road.

Re: what are the benefits of as body kit

dont settle for adjustable springs!!
if you want to get a good suspension, go with kits that include both GAS shocks, with adjustability, and spring set. this way, one compliments the other.

These guys have it... most kits have just make you look good, dropping the car, even 1 inch and you will start to cornering better...., the more $$$ you can put in into dropping the car the better....
