Re: Cant Decide
if you have money that can be put to waste, get some 18s. i would get 17s just because of wheel/tire fitment and looks. your width choice is horrid. that is way too small. wider = better. best one i can see overall is 17x8fr,17x8.5/9rear. unless u have money to gut out for 18s, 18x8.5fr, 18x9rear.

i dont think the price of the rim would be a big issue. the real loss comes from buying tires for those big-ass rims....

I wouldnt get anything smaller than 7.5, unless they were 15" wheels. You wont be able to fit anything wider than 215 on a 17x7.
Get 17x7.5 in the front and 17x8 in the back 18s are just not a good idea AND MAKE SURE THE OFFSET IS < 38 otherwise your wheels will not be flush, they will be sunken into the wells. Plus, 40 offsets are for FWD vehicles.

Nope. Sure you can put 235s on a 17x7.5, but nothing bigger than a 215 on a 17x7. Technically, you might be able to fit some brands of 225, but risk of rollover is too great.
Trust me on this - I sell tires for a living

buy some 17s... 18s are huge and look like show car rims, 17 is perfect, thats why the pros use 17, like the falken drift car... 17x8.5 front, 17.9.5 rear, although I wouldn't recommend those for you unless your pushing out some good power, cuz if your around stock power have fun sliding around in those. so unless you have like 220+ horses I'd just get 17x8, although if your into drag racing and not drifting then the wider the better
the thing I hate is how bad selection is for wheels wider than 8
