Borla is good and has good build-quality. Even look at a set of Flowmaster 50 series. They both give a pretty nice, throaty exhaust that doesn't drone too much.

As for the tint, depends what state you live in. 35% is legal limit here in MA.

Check out http://home.pcisys.net/~bpc/auto_law/tint/ for your state. I went with 35% all around because I'm a freak about uniformity. We have a guy in our local GP club who does tint as a side line. He did a great job!

I kept my factory exhaust pipes, removed the u-ben, and replaced the factory mufflers with high-flow stainless mufflers with dual-round tips. Sounds nice.

Re: Tints Question and exhaust..??

I put flowmaster 60 series delta mufflers on my car and sounds awesome! 2 mufflers and 2.5" "y" pipe(s) for only 200 dollars at muffler man and the u-bend replaced also with resinator cut off. for aditional 30 dollars. just letting you know so you dont have to buy a 700 dollar exhaust system to sound good.
