That is hard to say what should you do. I have a 92 lude with about the same miles. I don't knwo if i want to put money in the engine for soon it might go. Iam going to do body work and stuff. Save for a new engine that is what iam going to do.

I can't really answer your question because its your money and you can do what ever you want to do with. My choice is to give it to i would love to have 2500 to spend on anything i want. But i don't. Whatever you think man your choice.

Another Grand! if a h22 is 2k than the 500 left should more than cover the shipping. What would i need bolts, mounts etc. for dosent it bolt right in? How much would it cost (roughly) for a mechanic to do the job?
How hard could it be?

Depending on the mechanic...it may cost u a little more than what you have...i'm not sure exactly. With 168k u may want to look into the h22 swap. what engine does ur 92 lude have in it?? If your car isn't vtec, then u need a new ECU. but u should definitely consider the swap...just call around and ask mechanics how much they would charge for ur swap. let us know how it goes

http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...Engines&hit=10 The motor you need comes with trans and ecu. As far as a swap goes.... I think the only thing you have to do is run the vtec wries to the ecu.... Im a bit rusty on non-vtec to vtec swaps. You shouldnt need mounts or anything else.
