have u considered any other kits besides the zex? the zex shots are rated at the crank not at the wheels. take it from me. ive dynoed my wet zex kit on the 55 shot...put down an extra 48hp....but the tq curve was insane just like all other nitrous kits. you could always get a nos direct port system fror cheaper than the zex and buy a tps activated switch from zex....

I`m totally new to NOS
I`ll take all advice, I have an 89si with a D16A6 that is fully modded. Please send me in the right direction, I want to run safe at Englishtown without going crazy.

well safe i say either zex or the venom system. the zex system varies the fuel by bottle pressure....no rich nor lean condition upon activation. on a regular system with button activation....you can either go rich or lean if the bottle pressure is not right. the exh u got on that thing...damn thats huge....i say a safer way would be to just turbo it....less strain on the internals as compared to nitrous upon activation.
