Whut do u mean??? Give more detail... IS it going to be working or non workin??? Well if its non, i got a idea for u! Use some hard cardboard paper for the traffic light, just cutt out some and make it the shape of it, and for the colored lenses just get some clear plastic from a package and paint it, clear green, clear yellow, and clear red. Hope this helps.

thats easy

Take some cardboard and make it into a long square

And then put 3 lights in the middles so its spread out evenly. Color them and take some paper. Make the paper into a circle " O " and cover each of the lights so it looks like it has a rain/weather protector.
I hope I could help a little
