Metal AcuStion 1:24 Enzo parts are here

5-piece brake disc, the question is, what about the calipers? am i supposed to cut them off the stock plastic tamiya piece and hollow them out?

each of these sets were about $25 each
i dont know why i got the spindle/nut/logo set, it was $25 as well and it's not even close to being worth that unlike the other sets

Beautiful shock mounts

Excellent fold lines

Seeing these makes me want to get some for my Enzo, when I eventually get around to building it.

I haven't seen you in ages, either here or sc.net. How's that large, hunk of expensive metal coming along?

Absolutely fantastic detail, but I'd find it hard to justify to myself spending that sort of money on top of what I'd already spent on the kit.

While I like the center lock nuts, they really left out important stuff (IMO).
Resin calipers and replacement hub carriers along with PE caliper mounts... and then you still have to drill out the wheels!
The rotors are carbon too so the stainless parts have to be painted and are not quite right.
The shocks are nice esp. the mounts but there is no provision for the remote resivours (sp).
A small set of decals for the underhood and interior markings would have made me happy.
I'm gonna wait and see what Scale Motorsport does for this car before I throw a lotta money at detail sets.
