Wanted: COMPLETE MPFI conversion list

ok, for those of you who have actually done it, WTF do i need? I have searched google, and this forum, and find so much contridicting shit that i have no idea, some people say you need a fuel pump, some say you need a wiring harness or some shit while others say you can modify the stock one.

Im really confused here.

What my ultimate goal in creating this thread is, is to have a COMPLETE list of what is needed to do this swap.

Ive met a guy parting out an 89 ex 4 door, and i think he might have EVERYTHING i need! If the price is reasonable im gonna go ahead with this!

I should have checked the faq first cause after all this is a faq ... thanks for that link though korn ... really helps.

I probably will end up talking with my local mechanic, but i have a friend with an 88 crx dx who did it on his ride, so maybe i can talk him into helpen me.

Oh yea one last question ... do i actually need the fuel pump or is that just hooey?

Melt...go to the how-to's for good info on the upgrade. the liar followed those directions and he's not a certified installer. if he can do it...damn near anybody should be able to figure it out. take your time and really read the instructions
