Alcohol, high HP and stupidity

This wreck happened about 2 blocks from me in the middle of the afternoon. From what I was told by a friend the people in this car were totally drunk. There is a side street adjacent to the house where the car came from. The driver made no effort to try and stop the car, and just slid right into the house. This car was also seriously modified, you can make out the obvious GT40 intake, but this car had some money into it. It's pretty sad on how stupid some people are!!

It think the punishment for drunk driving should be more severe. I don't give a crap about the saftey of the drunk driver, my concerns lie with those who aren't under the influence and might be in the same vacinity. Those caught drunk driving should be branded like adultorers were in the olden days. I feel pretty powerful on the subject, not due to any experience of my own, but the statistics are just sickening. Organising a designated driver, or figuring out a place to stay is so easy - and cheaper in the long run.

I was thinking the same thing. Just have to find out what company the city has a contract with and where they bring their cars. hehe

Oh I forgot to mention, that if the owner of the house was sitting in his chair in the living room instead of being outside, he would have been killed.

Thats terrible. WE had a SUV punch a hole through the brick wall of one of my dads aprtment buildings, back in the winter. It was in one of the basement level aprtments, so the Suv was hanging through the wall over top a bed with some terminaly ill kid sleepng in it. Darn close it was, but, since he was going so fast it knocked all the bricks and drywall across the room instead of falling straight down on the kid. Turns out the driver was drunk, and running from police when it happend, he also didnt have any insurance. Just a good thing the kid was allright.

Well as to getting drunk in the middle of the afternoon, done that, but driving drunk is just damn retarded. Well good thing that guy is ok, and that the dumbass driver wont be on the road for a while.
