mini me swap

i was thinking about doing a head swap for my d16 engine. do other heads just bolt right on or is it a real pain to get it to work? i would assume that i cant do a swap to a dual cam head with a single cam block right?

Dual cam head on a single cam block???? man!! there is no such a thing, stop thinking about that and save some money to swap to a B16A or B18C engine.

what if i did a head swap from another d16 block or would that not be worth it at all. i dont have the money for a full engine swap or the tools to do it.

the main problem is this: your engine is tuned for fuel economy starting with your ECU, the vtec-e mechanism and the head, if you change your ECU and your head for a D16Y8 head you could spend 800 bucks and you will only gain 10-12hp, get a B18C1 and you will gain at least 50hp.

man, there are no "stupid" questions, the answer is YES, you have to think in a full swap including the ECU, shift linkages and the axles, remember this, your car is OBD2 so be sure if you get a GSR engine it has to be 96+.

and don't worry to ask anything you think is not clear enough.
