Tamiya Williams FW14B + Acu Stion PE & 3D

Hi all,

Finished my first 1/12 build. WIP here: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul....php?t=1091603

Although I was a big Senna fan as a kid, the engineering in the FW14B and it's successors amazed me.

Materials:
Tamiya kit
Acu stion full detail set
3D printed parts which I designed then had made at 3DprintUK in London.
The display case is 48cm wide, 38cm deep and 14cm high, made by acrylicdisplaycase UK.
CF sheets, nuts, bolts, cables, shrink tube, MFH connectors, etc from hiroboy.
Bare metal foil
Tamiya, Humbrol and Revell paints.
References material from online and a CD from F1modlz.

Really enjoyed it, and will be tackling a McLaren 1/12 in the future.

Thank you to the guys who watched the WIP and provided feedback.

So here we it is:

Thanks for looking.

KC

Really beautiful work KC - and exceptional attention to details
inspiring display of your work
makes me want to get started on mine but I have 5 other kits in the works and I'm determined to get them finished before I start another one.
Simply awesome work you did
