02 focus wagon. No crusie

I just bought a focus wagon. I cant get the cruise to come on. It has a salvage title and i suspect the air bags have been deployed. Would this damage the cruise? I dont have a manual so i have no idea where the fuse is. Ford has no words just pictures for fuse ID. Lovely. Any ideas? Thanks

Fixed. Broken wire to third brake light in the hatch.
