99 concord 2.7 to 3.5 swap and no spark

So ive had the notorious 2.7 problems and decided to swap to a 3.5ho. We accidently got a late year 2001 3.5 so we had to swap some things out, mainly the wiring harness. Well to sum it up we have the new motor in the car everything is hooked up and when we try to start the motor cranks but no spark. We have gotten a wiring diagram for it and tested the grounds bc the coils have power the just arent pulsing for spark. We tried swapping out the computer and no change. Any ideas?
