Chevy engine swap. Out with points and in with electronic ignition?

I have a 1973 chevy el Camino and the original 350 engine with points ignition took a poop and I want to put in a 1975 350 with electronic ignition. What has to be done to fulfill this task? Will there be any major issues? Thanks in advance.

Just get the complete electronic dist and plug wires and wire up the dist to ing 12 volts in start/run position on switch wiring.
Good idea to install a new dist gear on dist shaft at same time.
The old point dist was wired threw a resister wire form ign run and starter solenoid 12 volt start.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
