99 neon no fire

ok i have read and followed all the no start issue threads, i have a 1999 sohc
neon! i put new headgasket, timing belt, water pump, it started up and ran great!! then i drove about 5 miles, pulled in to driveway and shut car off!! it hasnt ran since!! no spark! i replaced coil, cam sensor, crank sensor, and ecm! no spark untill i release the ignition key and then all plugs will fire at same time..... i even hot wired the ignition switch to rule it out!! any suggestions would be great!!! and yes i pulled and checked the wireing harness and nothing broke or shorted!!

Re: 99 neon no fire

I would check the fuel pump. Try hearing the pump energize when you turn on the key and see if you hear it.
