Exclamation i have a 1997 chevy suburban that the heater switch does not move to open vents floor or deforst

Hi i have a 1997 chevy Suburban that when you go to switch from vents,floor deforst,does not go all the way to it it like it is inb one place all the timeand the switch for fan works fine . can any one help me with this probelm thanks

I would venture to guess that your blend doors are messed up or an actuator for a blend door is not working.
