Ac doesnt engage and its fully charged.

I just recently replaced about a month ago and everything was working fine and blowing cold. As of yesterday my ac quit and i find out the compressor clutch went out on it so i got a replacement and installed it.. recharged with 2lbs of freeon. I turned on the ac and nothing! I tested everything out and it was good but to find out there is no power going to the ac relay? i jumped the relay terminal and the ac turns on. But i dont get why there is no power going to the relay. Before the clutch went out on the last new ac everything was working.
