Engine fan constantly runs and is loud
I have a 2003 Ford Focus and my engine fan seems to constantly run. It shuts off when the car gets shut off however, when the car is running the fan is always on high. A friend of mine looked at it and he said that one of the two radiator fans is constantly on. Does anyone know what might be causing this??
