p0300 code in 99 deville
p0300 code. checked all coil packs all are within spechs. coil number4/1 does not spark. i unplugged connections going to the ignition control module and took off 4/1 coil. i ohmed out the terminals on the icm and it read 82 ohms. the rest of the terminals on the coils that sparked read 1.9 M ohms. so im thinking the icm is faulty
