2003 Neon SE shuddering problem

Hi, I took my Neon in for a creaking problem that sounds like its coming from the front right wheel. Happens when turning after reversing, or just going straight on a road. Any little bump makes the wheel squeek and groan. My tires are wearing unevenly, so I'm sure its something suspension related. I took it in for that, and was told after 2 days that it was the engine mounts. It is true they looked like they needed replacing, so I had that done. Now, not only is the sound still there, but the car now shudders violently while in drive and coming to a stop. It will not idle normally until you touch the gas quickly and come back to a stop. Any thoughts?
