95 metro you have to prime to start

Hi,
I got a 95 metro with a 1.3 auto, that im having to prime to start. after it gets started it runs great. but shut it off im priming it again. I replaced the feul pump, the fuel filter and the injector in the throttle body. its puzzling to me. Any Ideas ?
