You've got to look at the chassis and the parts for the chassis and try to see what will make it lower. Ask yourself, what will make the wheels sit higher in the wheel wells or how to make it there, whether cutting something or taking something away.
THere is always a way to lower a car, You just have to find it.

That was a nice simple explanation. Guess it just needs a little common sense, it's just that iv'e never done it before. It's the same with putting Fujimi/Aoshimi wheels on Tamiya cars. Never done that before either but MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN am i enthusiastic. Gonna give those things a try anyway soon. Thanks for the help.

Most times you can get away with removeing a small section out of the shocks and glueing back together. F.O.T.W done a good write up when he lowered his Celica (cant find the link sorry), so you could PM him and ask for the link if he still has it.

Hey PMAN, seeing you just finished your Supra, what parts needed to be cut to lower it? This is my first time, and I dont want to stuff it up. For some reason, the supra kits are hard to find in OZ> Thanks Champ.
