2001 stratus 2.7 fuel smell

This has been going on for awhile now there is a very strong fuel smell when it is below 60 degrees F outside. It lasts until the car warms up then goes away. My mpg has dropped slightly but not that much. There are no obvious leaks that we can see. Maybe 2 or 3 times it will act like it wants to stall when pulling out while cold out. I have taken the car to the dealer twice and they can't smell it of course. Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

Caeanan, Has the check engine light come on? Do you run fuel system cleaner? When you smell fuel check around the injectors for a start. Good luck.
