Re: hard starting on 94 t/a
I would probably see how much fuel pressure you have while starting it. Then test fuel pressure after you turn engine off, and watch for it to drop. Pressure should hold solid for at least 30 mins. If it drops off fast, means that your fuel pump is worn and cant hold pressure in the lines. Its a fast and easy spot to test or eliminate quickly

Re: hard starting on 94 t/a
I have the same problem with my TA. I have checked everything and I am chalking iy up to bad check vealve in my fuel pump. Funny thing is, I just bought new one off of e-bay and it was bad from the start. If it is starting hard, I just turn the key off and then try again and it usually pops right off.
