Re: Tamiya/Revell News 2010

I would be surprised if they made a DBR9S this late in it's life cycle.

Re: Tamiya/Revell News 2010

Nice news. Revell is really getting it together I think. The California kit I just did was very easy to build( with Hobby Design wheels and photo etch). I think the new California kit is better quality that Fujimi!
If Tamiya does that Aston alot of people will be thrilled.

Re: Tamiya/Revell News 2010

I'm sorry for you guys. It seems that it wouldn't be the DBR9 nor the DBR9S. On the German Tamiya Websit they show the Aston Martin DBS 2006 Streetversion.

http://www.tamiya.de/de/produkte/pla...&PDM_nLimit=30

@kingkai: I hope you will buy at least one of these

Thomas

Tom, mind posting some photos or a link to your California? I just ordered the HD wheels, and my California is coming shortly.

The Aston racing version is cool, but considering I build street cars, I'm excited for a street DBS!

P.S. On the Tamiya.de link there are four pictures of a completed DBS model. I'd post here, but my work computer has security measures on it, preventing me from uploading to photobucket.

The Aston Martin will be nice no matter what version they make, but I was hoping more for a racing version.

Go to the Ferrari Expo thread. I posted a picture of the Revell Ferrari California with Hobby Design wheels and photoetch. This Revell kit is as good as any modern Fujimi kit I have seen, and it has a motor.

Re: Tamiya/Revell News 2010

Aston DBS? It's about damned time

Mercedes SLR 722 Edition? Yes, please

Mercedes SLS? Oh yeah

This is shaping up to be quite a good year...considering we already knew about the 458 Italia and the DTM cars from Revell AG.

With Revell USA ZR1, Viper ACR, 62 & 66 Impalas, Lindberg Charger police cruisers also coming...will I ever have any free time?
